Dealing with sore feet? Here are some ways you can use essential oils to alleviate some of that discomfort.

  • Bowl of warm water large enough to fit your feet
  • 1 tbsp Epsom salt
  • 4 drops of Eucalyptus
  • 3 drops of Rosemary
  • 2 drops of Peppermint

Simply mix the ingredients into the warm water and soak your feet for 5 - 10 minutes, and then dry them thoroughly.

The essential oils in this mixture work to soothe muscle pain.

You can also check out the essential oils in our pain relief collection. Dilute any of these with your favorite carrier oil and massage gently into your sore feet.

While a foot soak and a massage can feel great, prevention is really key when dealing with foot pain.

If you experience chronic foot pain like plantar fasciitis or other common foot issues, choosing the right shoes can make a big difference.

Thanks for reading, and we hope this helps your feet feel better!
