Suggested uses
To support the digestive system, use 2-3 drops in a diffuser regularly.
For cleaning and air freshening, add several drops to water in a spray bottle.
For energy, for the relief of stress or PMS add 8-10 drops in a bathtub. Or try 2-3 drops in a diffuser.
To help with nosebleeds, put a few drops on a cotton ball and inhale.
Mixes well with citrus and floral essential oils.
